Phitsanulok OPEN 2011 is official rubik's cube competition by Thaihealth organized by ThailandCUBE, Baiyoke group of hotels and WCA. It's will place on August 20, 2011 at Naresuan University. This event was certify by World Cube Association make sure you are familiar with WCA Regulation.
